Its been rough the past month or so being a customer of **********************. I belive the customers of Boost should be compensated. Hood ** which is one of the highest level of comunications for pretty much The entire country of *** if im not mistakend. They are very unperfessional coming from a professional with a honorabled discharge US Army Vet which I worked for G6 III Corps Ft. I called them up they keeped saying they credit me for that day when the guy relized i was right he blamed the system not being fully up in running again why is that the customer fault. It didnt even show up on the earn summary the entire day missing. Well they didnt give me credit at all for that day. So I should of earned like around 175 boost coins. Well on I log in did my daily routine on the app and that day I was supposed to get my weekly bonus for watching videos. I spend everyday on the boost one app to earn boost coins i aveage like 75 boost coins a day and once a week they give a weekly bonus of 75 coins. Why as a cuatomer do I have to suffer from their failures. So Boost system has been acting up for a while now. I have not had service for my son's number since 3/01/23. Please stop them from auto billing my credit card. Please get my son's phone number ************ transfer pin so I can port it over to spectrum. Countless hours on the phone, and they won't take a complaint open a case, many calls are just dropped, no call back. They will not, saying the system is down. The phone is broke so I can't get the numbers, I wanted them to take us off autopay. There system is down but they have the info needed to move the number but will not give me a transfer pin #. I went to spectrum bought a new phone and got him a new spectrum phone number because they would not port over his old number. Next my son's phone ************ broke and I could not get him any service because their system was down. I called and resolved the issue after many hours on the phone. If you are unable to meet your repayment obligations on the due date(s), you will incur the applicable late payment charges imposed accordingly on your outstanding amount.Depending at which phase you are in your payment, relevant late payment charges will be charged on such outstanding amount.Until a solution is achieved and agreed in writing by the parties, your obligation to make prompt payments on the due date(s) continues, failing which, you will incur such late payment charges accordingly.
